CPI has an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive Office Administrator to provide high quality administrative support across our Wilton site. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge innovation in advanced manufacturing while supporting teams that make a real impact.
As an Office Administrator, you’ll play a key role in enabling business objectives through excellent customer management and efficient administrative support.

Reception duties and switchboard management
General office duties including stationery orders, scanning, and hot desk bookings
Organising meetings, room bookings, and refreshments
Managing visitors/contractors and supporting site tours
Raising purchase orders and ensuring value for money
Coordinating inductions for new starters
Coordinating travel and accommodation (UK and international)
Supporting meetings with note-taking and action tracking
The successful candidate must have Admin related experience, working in an office based environment, ideally educated to NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Business Administration (or equivalent);
Experienced in providing admin support in a similar-sized organisation
An advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
A clear communicator with strong organisational skills
Be collaborative, detail-oriented, and committed to delivery
Have a proactive approach to decision-making and continuous improvement
It would be great if you also:
Have an IT-related qualification
Have experience of working with Procurement, SOP’s and SHE practices
Have First Aid and or Fire Warden qualifications
