What you’ll be doing
As our Internal Communication & Employer Brand Coordinator, you’ll be right at the centre of how we communicate, supporting campaigns, crafting content, and helping us bring CPI’s culture to life both internally and externally.

Coordinating internal communication campaigns that help colleagues understand and engage with CPI’s priorities.
Creating clear, engaging content for channels such as the intranet, newsletters, leadership updates and presentations.
Supporting major organisational announcements to ensure messaging is consistent, timely and aligned to CPI’s tone of voice.
Managing and optimising internal communication channels to keep content fresh, relevant and high‑quality.
Monitoring engagement data and turning insights into practical recommendations.
Producing employer brand content for careers pages, social media, Glassdoor and Indeed.
Gathering employee feedback through surveys and focus groups to help shape engagement activity.
Building strong relationships across teams to source great stories and support communication needs.
Essential:
A degree (or equivalent) in Communications, Marketing, Business, HR or a related field.
A genuine interest in internal communications, employer branding or employee engagement.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
Confident using digital tools and content platforms (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, social media).
Collaborative, curious and proactive, someone who enjoys building relationships and learning on the job.
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high‑quality work to deadlines.
It would be great if you also had:
Experience creating content for campaigns or communications (academic or practical).
Awareness of analytics or engagement measurement tools.
Experience supporting employer brand or culture‑focused initiatives.
An interest in organisational change, culture or employee experience.
