Our Project Manager Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship lets you earn a salary, gain real-world experience, and graduate with a degree. You’ll work on real projects that support life‑changing innovation, while building skills that will set you up for a long-term career in project management.
As a Project Management Apprentice at CPI, you’ll be supported by experienced colleagues, a structured training programme, and a dedicated learning provider to help you grow your confidence and capability. This is a hybrid role, combining time on site with flexible working, and we’ll support you to balance work, study, and wellbeing.
This apprenticeship is designed with progression in mind. On successful completion, there is the opportunity to move into a Junior Project Manager role at CPI, subject to performance and business needs - giving you a clear pathway beyond the apprenticeship
This role is ideal for college/sixth form leavers or early‑career starters who are organised, motivated, and keen to build a professional, transferable career. You enjoy working with others, communicate clearly, and take pride in seeing things through from start to finish.
You don’t need PM experience - just curiosity, commitment, and a willingness to learn.
